Is there a place to request Racemenu presets?

I've always been absolute shit at making decent looking faces in games.  Does anyone know of a place where you can request a face be made and saved that you can import using Racemenu?

 

Also, for my general understanding, is that how it works?  Does importing a face simply give you all the slider positions and color selections the person doing the export had?  Does it tie into race, or can use import a face that was made using a Nord and use it to make a Redguard for instance?  Or is it really more like importing the whole player character?  How does using a race mod, like SkyRe races module or EEO effect this?

That thread is pretty old and I have a ton more, so if you have an idea I'll give it a go. I won't try to duplicate real people as I'm not THAT good, but I think my characters are pretty.
