Maybe later bug?

Hi, hope I'm not posting a problem that's been solved.

 

I seem to have an issue in my current game of Skyrim at the moment, after I have had sex a few times it no longer become an option to do so again. As in I pass the speech checks, say right here, then the only option I have after that is 'maybe later' . I've checked see if its a cooldown issue but it isn't. Even tried rebuilding the mod in case, the only sex mods I have installed are Sexlab Romance and Amorous Adventures (and the base sexlab of course). Anyone encountered anything like this? Don't wish to start a new game, as I am currently about 60 hours in with this character. Cheers in advance
