Figuring out what hair/brows/etc a follower uses

So I'm too awful at making characters that look any good and I prefer importing heads from things like follower mods and the likes.

 

I use RaceMenu, I import the head, it works fine. But it doesn't import everything else. Hair, brows, makeup, etc. I suppose I could hunt down the correct one through the huge Apachii/KS/SG collection I have, but my question is: Is there an easy/quick way to figure out the name/number of hair/brow/eyes/etc an NPC is using and the values for their makeup and such ?

 

In the past I just changed them to my own liking now that I had a decent head to start from, but I'd like to recreate some followers too for a change.
