Werewolf Perks Expanded Amulets not visible

Hi everyone,

 

There is an addon mod on the Werewolf Perks Expanded page called Amulets of Hircine. It basically allows for the werewolf howls to be switched by equipping one of three different amulets. You even get the blue flash effect just as in the Underforge, however, the only problem is that neither of the amulets actually appear on my vanilla Orc character. There are of course other and perhaps better methods on how to make the amulets' powers switch even in the middle of battle but it's been simply bugging me that I do not know how to fix it

 

Could anyone please let me know how to make the amulets appear in both first and third person? (there isn't even an equip sound when I try to wear them).
