Help with BoS ending

So I tried twice to get the brotherhood ending and no dice, both times some how I ended up getting to the minutemen quest.

 

I have done everything I can think of, but not having any luck, I saw some thing about what missions to do to get achievement but that did not help.

 

Does anyone know of a link to a list in the exact order to do them so you can get the brotherhood ending, I have done the other 3 and want to do BoS.
