It has 3 settings: Reduced, Regular and Exaggerated as well has an option for belly jiggle(Though very subtle) Read the install instructions thoroughly.

 

Someone also converted all the vanilla armors and clothes as well as DLC to use this specific HDT mod called SKYRIM Enhanced -High Polygons- CBBE: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/59960/?
