If you install "More nasty critters" mod, you have an option to enable installation of JC and CF framework; it's "all in one". So I would suggest you to (re)install this mod. And overwrite JC when asked.You don't need separate JC mod. But there is a new version on the forum. You can install it after you install MNC mod and overwrite it.
