Bodyslide - the amateur surgeon...

... has gone and cut off my legs.

 

In other words, I've tried to convert Eli's mechanic outfit ( http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/7369/? ) to Athletic Girl ( http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/7604/? ), following the steps here but both in game and in Bodyslide the legs are missing from hips down ( I checked under the pants and  not a clean cut that is). In Outfit Studio it looks just fine.

 

There is an almost identical outfit in the same package (minus the belt and tools) but it converts without any problems. I think this may be the only outfit with that problem (isn't that lucky it's the one I want to wear the most). Any ideas what could cause this?

have you checked so there isn´t zap sliders activated?
