Blender Export Issue? T6 Body Texture/Normal Corruption

Been working on a custom body edit in Blender lately and noticed a weird white glitch.  I thought there was something wrong with the texture or normal map, so I went back to the original Type 6 (i think) mesh and textures I was using.  If I don't load it into Blender, it's fine.  If I open the mesh in Blender and then export it, even without changing a thing, I get this weird white smear in-game (this doesn't appear in nifskope or Blender btw).

So it seems this is being caused by the nif export plugin for Blender.  I've tried almost every working export configuration I can think of and nothing fixes the issue.  Anyone have any idea about how to fix it?
