graphic settings are always low

Guess I messed around with ENB Presets a little too much. Now the ingame graphics are always on low level even if the launcher says they are on high. (however adjusting the screen resolution still works, so the game still reacts to the launcher in some way) Deinstalling all ENB stuff doesn't change anything. I'm using mod manager. Any idea what I could have done wrong?

Do you set graphic through ModManager? Or do you set them using the skyrim application?

They both use separate settings. In MO scroll the list where skse usually is and launch SkyrimLauncher, then set your options. Run in administrator to be sure.
