help removing weights

Hi there

 

I wanted to remove the weights so I could use an armor with other skeletons than the XP32 maximum skeleton I'm using now, and, just for reasons.

But I still couldn't get it to work...I even tried that mesh rigger thing someone told me about; both versions, but that didn't worked at all xD

 

I was told it could be "easily" done...but I failed miserably so far...

 

Maybe someone who knows how could remove the weights for me, if it's not too much work?!

I've attached the nif. hopefully someone will take a look at it.

As a thanks I could only send you the final armor, since it's a part for a mashup.
