Never much used weather mods and I always left my lighting to ELFX, but I've been thinking of trying out Climates of Tamriel. Unfortunately, the weather patch for it only works with version 3.1, and the current version is 5.0, with a good amount of new features.

 

Any opinions on which is better? Which do you like more, and why?
