[Req] transfer my char's face onto aela or ria of companion. tutorial included

i exported my char to Aela but the face is gray, but this can be fix by control+F4 to facegen. however somehow my ck doesnt respondse to that command. so can anyone do it for me please?

 

dont know if it matter but i use cbbc, cbbble,apachi hair
