SL Engaging NPC acting up

I was having trouble problem with beastess mod, after figuring that out by install more nasty creatures mod. Now it seems like my SL Engaging NPC mod seems to be not letting me use the dialog with them to charm them. Its not showing up.

 

Edit: I think there is a racial prefence going on. Works on elves. The racial thing is uncheck. So something is wrong.
