No Animations, Need Help

I swear I've been doing this for over 7 hours now and made no progress... one thing that would really be nice is a step by step video since I've been reading other issues as well and trying those but making no progress. Tomorrow after I wake up and get some things done I'm just going to try it all again from the very start, see what exactly is going wrong.

 

My current issue seems to be a common one, The mod is there but the character just stands there and makes the sounds. Though several attempts either crashed Skyrim or disabled Skse and/or SkyUi.

 

As of right no I have no idea what I'm doing or what to do. Right now I guess just basic downloads of what to get again, and what to do from there, just the simple basics to be told again and maybe I just did one thing wrong which started this clutter of a mess on my end.

I take your issue is with sexlab? Did you run install and run FNIS?

if you pressed all the tings in GenerateFNISforUsers.exe you are going to have problems, you only needed probably the SKELETON Arm Fix just select that, and you need An actor skeleton mod such as XPMSE2 or XPMSE3

Yes, that was one of the first things I got before SexLab was downloaded.

When I first had downloaded and tried the mod and nothign had worked I went to the pause and settings screen to Mod Manager, and where it showed Sex Labs, it showed I had 2 FNIS missing with some Sexlab ones, all of which I found the specific ones and downloaded, XPM being one of them. Still yet no progress

is there any installed mods that adds animations other than Sexlab?
