Hey LL gang. 

Ive recently decided to reinstall and mod Skyrim to prepare for FO4 modding. 

I dont know WTF is happening but ive downloaded 4 separate copies of Skyrim. 

The first one was stuck on Russian and would not change regardless of the .ini adjustments. 
the next 3 all resulted in the same outcome. I downloaded PR0PHETs copy, WALMARTs copy, and an AviaRA copy. ALL THREE COPIES resulted in Box fonts and frozen menu in which nothing is responsive. 

Decent google skimming says the solution is LOOT. (which hasnt helped) Ive done deep TES5Edit cleaning, and resetted invalidation and still i get the same results. 

Obviously something is fishy on my end. and im hoping i can get a smart enough person to give me an ACTUAL fix.... caaaause ive literally downloaded 45gb worth of skyrim today alone...
