[Devious Devices] Can escape arm binding by sprinting

Devious captures events occur properly--eg after a Defeat rape, and my character ends up arms bound behind the back properly. However, if I sprint, the bondage is "broken" and she continues to walk, run, etc normally. I have, among other things, Defeat, DDa, DDe, DDi, Cursed Loot, Deviously Helpless, Devious Captures, Deviously Enslaved, Simple Slavery, Aroused. Anything among those known to conflict, or anything wrong with my load order/other mods?
