StudioFOW needs a texture artist

Their original post here explains the basics and includes contact information, but StudioFOW is in need of a texture artist. Considering the nature of this board, I thought I would make this known here for any who might be interested. As of this time (1/23/16), the position has still not been filled. You will be paid for your work, in case that was not clear. (and get to be part of a larger project)

Pay Type: Per model, upon completion
Hours: Part time
Prior work experience: Professional texturing experience is mandatory, if you have no experience in texturing nude 3D models please do not waste our time by sending in an application. Please provide portfolio shots of models you’ve worked on previously.
Key Skills: Adobe Photoshop, Blender and/or Max, VTFEdit, Rubbing Fow-Chans feet
Job description: You will be tasked with upscaling textures on our models, therefore experience with Source engine texture formats is absolutely essential. Retouching areas like the face, mouth and genitals are the priority, followed by creating alternate skingroups like sweat maps and body art. You are to work in a team environment, taking on feedback from the director on what is required and making the necessary adjustments. Excellent English communication skills are required, and you have to be reachable on Steam or via email as well.

 

 

 

Only thing I would add is face details and seams are of particular importance for the projects I am involved in.

 

As I have been working on rigging a few models for them (which specifically have texture issues), I can give more details if needed, feel free to ask.
