Fox Maiden Posted April 28, 2012 Posted April 28, 2012 Sometimes I will come across items in the world that I cannot delete in the CK. Ususally they are bushes. What are they attached to, and how do I get rid of them? I am trying to attach a stairway to a house I placed in Ivarstead, and this bush is in my way... Â Â Also does anyone know why the CK crashes every so often? It does it ALL the time, usually after the CK has been running for a while.
Ark of Truth Posted April 28, 2012 Posted April 28, 2012 Try clicking the bush in the main windows and deleting. Otherwise look in the objects window in the bottom right (unless you moved it). They are really tricky to select and delete. Â As for crashing it can happen if you are attempting to remove a key feature from the game like Martin or a large section of the world map. Sadly there is no real cure to this. If you move slowly and don;t try and to things fast it will crash less.
Fox Maiden Posted April 29, 2012 Author Posted April 29, 2012 Ok Question #3: How do you get rid of the floating 3d grass?
Ark of Truth Posted April 29, 2012 Posted April 29, 2012 Delete it or select it in CK and press the F key to set it to ground level.
nightdweller7 Posted April 29, 2012 Posted April 29, 2012 If I'm honest I don't think it's very good practice to delete objects, If there in your way it's better just to move them under the landscape out of site, As for the bushes chances are you need to select the stem usually under the landscape, Now the CK crashing could be it's running out of memory so it's better to restart your PC when it starts doing it often,
