Guide on porting Skyrim hair mods to Fallout 4

Can anyone provide it? I know it has to be very easy, but following the simpliest logic and rules, my hair still appear invisible in game.

This is probably my most looked forward to mod for Fallout 4. Just feels too different playing the game without my Fallout 3, New Vegas, and Skyrim hairstyle.

 

On the side note, I read somewhere that helmets are extremely easy to make, but for some reason hair isn't. Most mods out so far, and I think all actually, are edits from the vanilla hairstyles.
