Problems modifying NPC looks

Hey guys, I'm having a bit of a weird problem in getting different looks to NPCs. Do note that this post will be quite image heavy.

 

So far, I've managed to make some NPCs with completely differing looks such as Ysolda here in CK:

 

And here in game:

 

However, when it comes to Lydia, it doesn't seem to work. Here's what I set it in the CK:

 

But this is how she look in game:

 

So I'm not sure if I'm doing it right or something is just preventing Lydia to change her looks. Any ideas? If needed, I can provide my entire mod list.

Have you tried it with a new game? It could be a save file overwriting the changes.

Mmm, I haven't tried that so maybe.

 

 

EDIT:

Nope. No change and annoying enough, the other NPCs that had no problem have now exhibited the same problems as Lydia. Ugh. Might as well work on the esp more and see if there is something that's causing the facial changes to revert back.
