need help with phantom nif that keep showing up in nifskope

Whenever I copy/move femalebody_0.nif or femalebody_1.nif in the vanilla folder to another folder the destination file reverts to another femalebody_0.nif and femalebody_1.nif I no longer have (one with hdtVagina.xml attached that I deleted).  It gets stranger, even if I rename femalebody_0 or femalebody_1 to something else the new file opens as the same deleted file.

 

I have deleted both body nif and generated new pairs with Bodyslide.  The new ones are correct but if I copy/move/rename them the new files will revert to that specific set of bodies with hdtVagina.xml.  I can name the file to anything and it will still change to that deleted femalebody0.nif or femalebody_1.nif.  Stranger still, if I name it back to femalebody_0.nif, the correct file is back again.

 

I have also restarted Windows 10 several time to make sure it's not file structure issue.  No other files are affected, nor as other femalebody nifs not located in the vanilla folder.
