how do I install this properly?

I appreciate the guy for making the mod found here: http://www.loverslab.com/showthread.php?tid=2095 but I cant for the life of me understand his instructions so could some one make a list of what order these files must be installed please?

After you have all the files just follow the instructions in the first post with the names refering to the files you downloaded.

 

If you really are stuck after this I will expand on the instructions more.

As I stated in the op it is these very instructions that I don't seem to be able to understand no matter how many times I read them. That is why I asked for some one to list what order they need to be installed in.

Ok I've done it all for you, just drag and drop the content of the attached file at the bottom of this post into your Oblivion data folder and overwrite when ask.
