How to import Skyrim weapon into Fallout 4

I am looking to add some flavor to my Melee play through, as the vanilla weapons are pretty lackluster. I was thinking something like the http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/44418/?  What tools would I need to import it, FO4edit, Nifskope or anything else? Will Skyrim (or FO3/NV) textures map correctly in FO4? Haven't done any modding since Oblivion and would appreciate a point in the right direction, Thanks.
