12gb ram

GTX 780

SSD

 

problems:  sounds delay, when i see random NPC´s =delay, when i hit someone (fighting)=delay, when i run, game freezes for like 2 sec (sound too)

 

problems2: game loading up to 30 sec

Could be lots of things, if you can post your load order, papyrus log etc.

At first glance I see that you are not running any unofficial patches ?

I'm not able to access the link for your papyrus log. Can I ask how big it is after a few hours of play?

 

 

Another question, did you clean your master files with tes edit? (that is also a must)

papyrus log is about 10kb after 10 min, i have unoffficial patch just disabled it for testing purpose

hmm ok, your papyrus log is good. could you check your skse co save file size for me ?

 

It's hard to say what is causing it, the mods that give me warning signs are, wet and cold (all 3 of them), fnis sexy move, xpmse.esp (I had to delete this in my game but you should only do it if you skse save file is getting bigger and bigger)

headtracking.esp and alternate start.

 

Strangely enough removing alternate start and using skyrim unbound fixed sound delay issues while riding a horse for me.

 

 

It might be a combination of some scripted mods.

skse save is 83 kb normal save 6mb ill try to disable the mods u mentioned but i cant disable xpmse because i need it ..

 

 

update still not sure whats the problem with that lag delay

 

update i decided to uninstall skyrim will enable FNIS SKSE XPMSE and all sexlab mods and see how it will go  ofc i clean mods first

Just to exclude audio related problems, can you try adding:

[AUDIO]

bEnableAudio=0

 

to your Skyrim.ini?

so i can exclude all sex labs mods their dependences they working fine without other mods installed

 

update second problem solved! Playerheadtracking make ur game load longer 30-60sec without it 10 sec (with ssd)

tried nothing changes except no sound
