A game called neoscavenger is mostly text based game, so I think a decent sex mod is possible.Sadly no custom characters as far as I know, only a predetermined named male. But you can play the game however you want, so maybe a few encounters with horny females, or something. Or even adding female NPCs that you can fight to rape! Who knows, I have no skill with writing encounters for the game, but I'd be willing to do some of the writing if anyone thinks they can make this mod!
