make npc crawl (sneak)?

i have a mod which turnes sneaking to walking on all 4, is there a way to make an npc allways sneak so he/she would allways crawl?

Hi.

 

If you talking about "do it with a script", then you can just use the function StartSneaking() on the NPC you want.

I am not aware of a console command to do the same.
