Male mouth animation

Can we not get something that just tweaks around the male mouth animation tri for more consistency I use female facial animations and that works fine with EEO. I have tried two Hi Poly head replacers one was citrus heads and another from a topic on reddit forgot the link but just needs to be googled. 

 

But of course using them mess up EEO and that is the only mod I will keep since they just make those elves look so much more. Plus there is issues with citrus heads and the npc replacements I believe you need to register the face gen info in CK but from previous posts that would take some considerable time. 

 

My main point is this is not possible to just have the Male equivalent of this mod: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/35303/?

 

Since that author pretty much won't be doing it. :/
