My modded Skyrim is unable to save game properly, any ideas?

Hi all :)
I have a problem and 'maybe' (not really sure) is related to SexLab.
I have many mods installed, patched and then merged and i can run Skyrim without any lag or stutter with decent fps. I can even play hours without CTD  :blink:
But... is when i try to load a saved game that i have a problem: CTD after loading screen. For every save file.
I have tried many solutions:
- Load a clean save in an interior cell and then the problematic save. -> CTD on load (To create a clean save i had to remove SexLab mods)
- Quicksave inside an interior cell and then Quickload. -> CTD on load
- Change settings in memory patch on SKSE. -> CTD on load
- Change settings on ENB or disable it. -> CTD on load
- Even tried to open the save file with "Save Game Script Cleaner" and guess what? CTD of the tool! Yes  :mellow:
 
This is for any save, even for the first save in Abandoned Prison of "Alternate Start:LAL".
Without the SexLab mods everything is working correctly, i can save and load without problem and i can open the save files with the tool without CTD.
 
I'm unable to load the "corrupted" save files with "Save Game Script Cleaner" (http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/52363/)
With "TESV ESS Files Editor" (http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/27119/) i can load the save file but it fails to load the Papyrus portion (Global data table 3 -> 2. Papyrus)
This is the same for every "corrupted" save. The working saves can be opened with the editors without problems
 
I looked for solutions everywhere without success, so I decided to try to solve the problem myself and i found something.
 
This is my load order, the "DLXm" things are custom merged mods with "Merge Plugins" tool (http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/69905/)

I tried to activate one SL Mod at time:
SL Framework, no CTD
SL Matchmaker, no CTD
SL Aroused Redux, no CTD
ZaZAnimation, no CTD
Devious Devices, CTD
 
So the problem is DD? No
Deactivated DD and activated any other mods like BeeingFemale or Soulgem Oven, CTD
 
So i tried an extreme action, i created a new profile in Mod Organizer with only these mods installed:

With this configuration the game is working, i can save and load without problems  :o
After that i tried the same plugin load order but with all my mod installed in MO (to sort out any assets problem: Scripts, Meshes et cetera...) and is working.
So i decided to reactivate one by one any plugin (from the top to the bottom) and the CTD on load returned with 3DNPC and DLXm - 740...
 
Then the problem are these plugins? No... -_-"
I tested skipping them and activating other plugins in the load order, and any number of them and the CTD on load return.
 
What i have learned from these tests?
The game (or at least my game with my settings) have a sort of cap for the plugins, past the cap i can play smoothly but the game is unable to create a correct save file in the Papyrus portion.
Why? I don't know... Any help? :P

A little update, maybe i found the bug:
 

I studied the .ess file format on http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Tes5Mod:Save_File_Format and more precisely this http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Tes5Mod:Save_File_Format/Papyrus the file format of the Papyrus portion.
The document explains that the counting of the strings are stored inside an 'uint16' variable (a maximum of 65535 strings). I definitely passed that limit O_o
BUT! (And this is the bug) Opening the save file with a hex editor i discovered that the count can be stored in an 'uint32' variable (Even TESV ESS Files Editor in the source files use 'uint32') but the game save a truncated value.
An example:
Instead of '23 00 01 00' i found '23 00 00 00'... literally dropped 65k of strings with one bit!
Continuing to read the file strings are saved correctly, all of them.
 
So i manually changed the byte, loaded the file on 'TESV ESS File Editor' and i was able to open the Papyrus Portion. :)
 
BUT! (again :|) The game can't open the save file. I suspect the game really use 'uint16' and can't read or write correctly the value.
 
I wonder ... it is possible with SKSE change the type of variable? Unfortunately i don't have the knowledge to try a debugging of the game to look where the variable is declared (i don't even know if is possible) :(
