Problem with NPC NIF Merge tool

The program loads perfectly but I can't seem to drag and drop anything into the program. 

 

I'm using windows 10 

I've installed Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2012 Update 4 x86

I've even tried different compatibility modes for it, it still won't work. 

I've placed the program into Program Files x86 directory it and still won't work. 

I've placed the program into Skyrim's directory it and still won't work. 

I've downloaded the older version of the program and it still won't work.

 

Any Ideas ?
