on what level is this PC compared to the other GeForce GTX PCs ? [DELETE]

first of all excuse me if not writing the best way because my language is not Eng

second i want people which have the knowledge in this category and know lot of things about PCs .

third i don`t have that amount of knowledge in these stuffs so i await a little bit of explanation and teaching from you 

well i have been looking for PCs (desktops) and searching what is the best for me to play extreme gaming graphics without any leak in performance and i have found a PC which model name is "Digital Storm Coridium" on the net on pcmag.com with this specifications :

dual AMD Radeon R9 295X2 graphics cards ( there are two graphics cards with the same model in this PC )

intel core i7-4930k overclocked hex-core processor with 4.6GHz 

16GB of RAM, with four 4GB sticks of 1866MHz corsair vengeance pro RAM filling four of the eight available slots 

Two Samsung EVDO SSDs, one SSD serves as boot drive with 250GB, while the other one is 1TB 

has 641 FPS. it produce 245 fps at baseline settings and 245 fps at 1920 by 1080

 

so with these high specifics on what level is this PC according to the nvidea GTXs match ?

the thing is that am looking for PC that has a reasonable price and high performance and serves me a couple of years until it is time to buy a new one and i found this PC which it was reaching to 800$ which actually i can buy up to 850$

there is a lot of features in this PC that i didn`t tell you about which is i found it very good...i just gave you the essential specifics .

by the way this PC has chosen to be one of the best in gaming performance
