Anyone know any link to any mods that adds huge shields to oblivion ??

I think they are called pavot shields, they are so big. You can hide behind them. Great for role-playing a knight. Who is about to charge against archers.

If you want you can do an advanced search on tesnexus and type "shield" in the details field. That will show you almost every mod with a shield in it.
