Thank you.  The mesh wire walls come from cVc Dead Wasteland.  If you mean the Red Rocket sign, that also comes from cVc.  If you mean the custom signs, I just use a blank piece of plywood, which several mods have (including cVc and Settlement Supplies Expanded) plus the DLC letters except retextured to look hand painted with "Wasteland Workshop Lettering Retexture - Make Your Own Signs".
