Sorry, didn't notice the question until now.

 

The pieces for the stage come from the Settlement Objects Expansion Pack mod.  It has curved floor pieces that you can combine with regular squares or other irregular pieces to make a heart.  It also has the curved wall pieces for the base.  Makes good circular dance stages, too.  Probably need Place Everywhere, as well.  The stage in the picture has a metal floor with a glass floor layered on top.
