Isn't the transparency of the posters dependent on the ENB preset applied to the game?? Sorry that I'm nitpicking, but I've met with various visual effects that enhance or reduce the transparency of particular elements.?

Does 8 MB for 2k resolution textures constitute a lot?? I think that depends on the total amount of such graphics in the game.? Anyway, you've done a great job with tweaking those textures. The dots, fonts, points of intersectios, etc. - look much more aesthetic, sharp and give a better impression of a 3D model!?

I don't quite understand the question of the transparency of the posters). Could you be more specific about what exactly is wrong with the poster? Each poster has a regular DXT5 texture with an alpha channel and a separate normal map file. If you mean that the reworked poster has too much outlined details that make it look like it is showing through the wall, then I just went too far with the normal map, but I can easily fix that. I have never used ENB on a consistent basis. I installed it a couple of times - I realized that if I don't delete it, I'll go blind. The only thing that I installed specifically was the fellout, which basically removes the green filter (I never had anything against it), but at the same time makes the game look more natural, while maintaining the original atmosphere.

I didn't mean that 8 MB for one 2K texture is a lot). I just wanted to say that the size of the final mod archive will increase, given that I was planning to make a choice between installing the original 512x512 textures and 2K textures. In addition, I did not plan to make a remaster of all the posters, since there are quite a lot of them, and overloading an old Gamebryo with high-quality textures is fraught with certain, unstable consequences;) Considering that not everyone who just wants to change the interface in the game will increase cache storage of textures (which in most cases leads to even greater instability of the game).

1) It was extracted and injected the Russian captions, but not by me but by another Russian player back in 2010. In some places I change fonts and bring the text to perfection (in my opinion), but with very few textures. I'm just a little aesthetic in this regard, and in games where the storytelling is largely conducted through the environment, I prefer to receive and process information in my native language. In addition, a colossal work has been done and this is a way to honor the original author, trying to preserve its original appearance as much as possible.
