(request) River of Blood/Hunter's Nightmare

Is there anyone who's skilled in environment creation and would like to try re-creating the river of blood from bloodborne?

There are beasts' lairs filled with corpses of the deceased on either end of the river, too.

 

I would do it myself, but I have nowhere to start. I could get substitutionary assets from free 3d model sites or ripped from other assets, but I don't know how to convert Skyrim's water red, or add solid brackish 'blood water' textures.

 

Furthermore, lighting elements in skyrim are completely foreign to me...

 

It doesn't have to be a full area, maybe mainly for aesthetics and screenshotting with a few thematic creatures here and there
