Dotar Posted December 31, 2015 Posted December 31, 2015 Hey, I've come across this really annoying graphical bug where the vault suit and only vault suit will sometime turn completely black, have weird patterns on it etc bug alot. It started doing so ever since I installed http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/2187/? well atleast I think thats the reason, I've deleted the mod, but it still has very weird texture bugs going on. It does it without and with CBBE/Bodyslider. If anyone has any idea how to fix the issue, please let me know Example below:
%appdata% Posted January 1, 2016 Posted January 1, 2016 Just a few possible fixes 1.) Try validating the game cache in steam (if your using steam) 2.) Are you running an SLI GPU set-up? If so have you got the fix? (http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/3677/?) 3.) Try running a fresh save and see if the bug still occurs to cut out a save corruption or things alike. 4.) It may be some kind of bug with armour layering so change around a few armours and see if this still happens. 5.) try different methods of installing the texture again just in case it overwrote any paths to applying the texture. 6.) Try toggling archive invalidation, so add bInvalidateOlderFiles=1 and sResourceDataDirsFinal= to the [archive] tab in falloutcustom.ini or add the line bInvalidateOlderFiles=1 and change sResourceDataDirsFinal= so it's like this with nothing after the = sign Hope this is of some help -appdata

Edit: NVM validating game cache did the trick, thx alot for the help
