Having an issue with Sexlab creature framework. (EDIT - Managed to get Papyrus log)

Having restarted yesterday I installed Skyrim, and my usual patches/fixes, then installed the Sexlab framework, creatures, etc. And FNIS seems to work fine with them all. Problem is that I'll play once, then exit the game, and now my saves crash every time I load up. I can click New game to get it to load up, but then it gives me the message "Creatureframework API reference not found." which confuses the hell out of me given previously it was working fine.

 

Here's my load order. I use LOOT to sort it.

Should I consider reinstalling the game, or am I being a dumbass and missing something?

I was able to get into the save by again loading into a new game and then switching saves, which allowed me to generate a Papyrus log, which I've attached to this post. It's being odd now. Sometimes it'll load up and give me the error message, other times it'll load up and act fine.

Well, despite never finding the cause, it seems I've fixed it after reinstalling some of the mods and playing more with the load order. Sorry if I wasted anyone's time reading this.
