Can't get eye-liner to turn black

for some reason whenever I use eyeliner it does't go black it just goes orange its a very small thing but also very annoying I have tried searching for people having a simler problem but I can't find any.

 

I have included the tintmask I use in the attachments it's from the Adorable Face mod.
