Can't find Carlotta Valentia in creation kit.

So apparently the apachii hair npc face fix neglected to mention that in fixing face mismatchs that you shouldn't delete 00013B99 from the face tint( or so I understand ). Doing so actually gives Carlotta the face mismatch. Anyways I'm trying to track her down in the creation kit to re extract that data but can't seem to find her. I've set Skyrim esm to active and let it load and have even tried to filter the results but still, no dice. Maybe I'm doing it wrong? If anyone could help it would be much appreciated

Check the "Actor" section for her ID 00013B99 or CarlottaValentia.
