mermaid8 Posted December 28, 2015 Posted December 28, 2015 Recently I discovered an interesting problem that I have never encountered before. In the past almost every time I downloaded a mod from loverslab it was sent directly into NMM and downloaded without a problem as long as it didn't need to be unzipped or installed manually. Recently I decided to get bacinto modding and when I tried downloading any mod from loverslab it opened up in internet explorer in a window titled 'Internet Explorer Downloads' with only two options which were close, or open which was useless and did nothing. I don't have any software on this computer capable of unzipping files and am straying away from 7zip because of a bad experience I had with them in the past. I just recently upgraded to windows 10 but, previously even with windows 10 I could download mods directly to NMM from loverslab without an issue so I don't think that is the source of my dilemma. I also recently reinstalled NMM which immediately upgraded to the most recent version of NMM which is 0.61.4 which might be the source of my problem but, I'm still unsure. I have only downloaded mods for Skyrim and Fallout 4 and I have been able to download countless mods for skyrim and the majority of the mods for Fallout 4 that are out right now without an issue in the past and with this problem only coming up in the past few days. Am I missing something obvious here? Any help would be appreciated.
Typ1987 Posted December 28, 2015 Posted December 28, 2015 Did you try importing these 7zip files manually to the mod manager? You can do this by klicking on the piece of a puzzle with a green plus. (version < 0.6 not sure if it is still the same, because i downgraded to old version because of major bugs, when 0,6 was released) After that it should appear in the unassigned tab.
