In typical fashion, it got hidden on the Nexus, apparently due to drama and ego clashes. I'm getting rather tired of losing access to mods due to passive-aggressive behavior. EDIT: Never mind, managed to find it. Waiting to see if the uploader wants to have it hosted here.

The initial version lacked that, so it was underpowered by the time the player had the necessary smithing perks to make it.

Base of 60, instead of 50, craftable and temporable like the original. Requires 1 extra Dwemer Scrap Metal, just because I think Dwemer Stuffs not used enough, and it weighs 11, as opposed to 10. Hope they work for you, Please do let me know if they do - or anyone else that downloads/uses it, 1st mod lol.

I appreciate the effort and the DL link though. Does anyone have the official 1.1 updated file for this armor?
