Mods that have * cant be installed,as soon as I install them my game wont open, it crashes after bethesda logo. With all other ones I can start a new game and start playing but soon as I try to enter the keep my game crashes. Save from previous version of game wont open, it crashes after loading.

You can move ESMs around using the Skyrim launcher and going to data files, you can also use a mod manager to move SexLab.esm higher in the load order than Devious Devices - Assets.esm If you don't have SexLab.esm in your loadorder, you need to install the Sexlab Framework from this site.
