Game breaking frequent freez after first greybeards mission (meeting them for the first time)

So after doing their mission and asking me to get Das Horn (watch for stupid/weird commercial video music)

 

My game start to have frequent mini freez, nothing at the start but they get longer everytime until it last for minutes and make it impossible to enjoy anything

 

Starting a new game didnt fixed it, it only happen during that quest and no idea if the mods are in cause, if its the case I posted the load order in the spoiler
