Mister_Smythe Posted December 21, 2015 Posted December 21, 2015 This is now really bugging me and I've spent the last 2 hours on this un-installing then re-installing this lot (and I really don't want to have to do a clean rebuild of everything as that's gonna take most of this week to do). The problem is in the title - XPMSE Skeleton is not being detected in game. However if I look in the relevant file structure it's right there. I've even gone so far as to copy these files into the main data/meshes folder of the install and it's still not working. FNIS however complies perfectly fine and doesn't spit out an error (in fact a couple of jump animations installed are still working). So any idea what's broken? And how to fix.
NamelessRogue Posted December 21, 2015 Posted December 21, 2015 make sure the folder is above any folder which requires the skeleton (this is probably the problem), that there are no conflicting mods that are overwriting your skeleton
Guest Posted December 21, 2015 Posted December 21, 2015 I had this same problem awhile back and all it took was to use the latest version of NetImmerse Override http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/37481/?
nyctophilia Posted December 21, 2015 Posted December 21, 2015 Do you have the mod folder "XP32 Maximum Skeleton Extended" at or near the bottom in the left pane of MO. Make sure it's not being overwritten by any other mod that contains a skeleton.
Mister_Smythe Posted December 21, 2015 Author Posted December 21, 2015 Okay so it was being overwritten by Better Vampires and the feminine run/Momo's Dash files. For some stupid reason. Anyway they're now moved and it's back to fixing my sneak/casting animations again. Woohoo that's only been 11 hours wasted today Thanks for the troubleshooting.
