Sexlab framework 1.60 hotfix 2 installation problem

I was just about to upgrade my framework to 1.60 and installed all the requirements with using mod organizer but somehow get an error about the missing StorageUtil.dll file so i searched this one in my skyrim folder but i already got that file and that bugs me out. Is this file directly in the skse 1.7.3 archive or where do i actually get this file or what could i do now?

You likely have an older version of StorageUtil.dll installed, possibly from SOS. It's one of the SKSE DLLs That's included in the current version of SexLab 1.60.2 - make sure that no other StorageUtil.dll is overwriting the one in SexLab. If so, either remove/hide or drop the SexLab folder (left pane) underneath it.

Hi guys, I got the same problem overhere and after try to move SL.esm under SOS.esm it didn't fix it.

I am open to ideas...

Not the esm, but the mod itself.

SOS has outdated PapyrusUtil, install SOS over Sexlab will cause malfunctional.

Working through a similar issue.  In this case I just did a complete reinstall of Skyrim and all mods  (thank you backups!).

But now there is a missing pre-req - I am not getting an error, yet, but the prerequisite screen says 'yes' next to storage util 1.6 and says 'no' to storage util 3.0.  I am applying the above fixes now to see if they work for this variant.

Can verify the fix works.  (I used NMM)

Steps:

1.  Make sure you have backup files somewhere you can get at them...

2.  DELETE Sexlab, XPSME, SOS  - this takes a bit of time with NMM 6.

3.  Deactivate any other mod that overwrites parts of Sexlab.  (sound and texture stuff)  Maybe not necessary, but this is no time to cut corners.

4.  Reinstall from scratch in this order:

     a.  SOS

     b.  SexLab

     c.  XPSME

     d.  Reactivate all those hangers on.

All the way through I approved of any overwrites.

I think problem for me was trying to be too clever in selecting overwrites during the initial reinstall rather than doing it in the correct order.
