I dont want to be a dick but its been said over and over that we cannot mod anything big at the moment precisely because we lack the creation kit and other tools.

but we have FOSE and FOEdit surly between the two we can add new animations?

I guess you are new to the modding thing, l'll try to explain from my own knowledge......

For animations we need the following tools:

- Blender/3DS Max plugins that can load and export FO4 skeleton and animations

- A plugin for 3DS Max such as Havok Tools or a program like HKXCMD to convert exported animations to FO4 .hkx files so the game can read/play them.

- Creation Kit or GECK to actually add new animations

- Nifskope (currently only has limited support)

- Probably even a tool/mod such as FNIS that we have in Skyrim to make more....advanced stuff.

We have none of those, you will most likely see all of those released/updated by late 2016 (hopefully).

F4SE and FO4Edit are useless without the previous things I mentioned.

Making animation requires too much effort for me. It could become more practical until we can get IK imported into 3d editor.

My first sit animation, not a pose finally. However, even for a sit animation replacement, it should at least consist stand up/sit down/sit idle. still too many for me...(I am easily begin satisfied even with sit idle only)

First person animations are, for the moment, impossible. I, along with Hitman (who you might know from the first person overhauls on the Nexus or on GUN) have acquired the Havok tools to view behaviors and such, but without niftools we cannot implement this knowledge in any meaningful way. And Animation overhauls like mine for FNV (also on GUNNetwork) and Hitman's are a bit of a ways off, until we can get a handle on how the system handles Havok behaviors. There is also no Blender import tool sooooooo..... out of luck until/if I get 3ds max.

There's a posing mod out on the nexus with custom non-replacing animations, where as you can also add your own without editing the ESP.

I think people haven't even tried it themselves, so their view on modding is quite limited and thus they somehow feel the need to spread their lack of knowledge.

I regret to inform you that there is a BIG difference between making/adding third person animations, and adding first person ones. Much different knowledge is required, and an example is the fact that despite all of the third person animation mods made for skyrim, there is not a single first person animation mod. It's just not possible without very expensive tools and base havok files from Bethesda. So... well... I do know what I'm talking about.

Almost two months ago, Highflex just brought us his marvelous work, a havok2fbx converter, which open a door of fo4 animation (at least first person animation). Then there was a 1st-person anim. mod on Nexus to let you fire the revolver faster, and finally a pose mod followed by.

I think people make 3rd-person ones just because they want to see the whole body ( tits and butt maybe).

Interesting that you mention that, I've seen it, and even though he released the converter, it doesn't exactly enable animation modding yet, at least until niftools is updated to a usable degree (which won't happen until the creation kit is out) and a havok library become available. It is definitely possible, it's really only a matter of time. Oh and that anim mod you found is actually an unused anim that was already in the game, buggy but very cool that Bethesda came up with it.
