Messed up save - Black and White FO4

Somehow messed up my save and it's all Black and White now. Reds look ok but everything else is this blown out, washed out color. Any ideas?

 

NM! Fixed it with rimod 002041B6

 

Leaving this here in case anyone else runs into the "recon" bug.
