LordZero Posted December 17, 2015 Posted December 17, 2015 Hey y'all, When I start up Skyrim, sometimes the npc around me have pitch black faces or bodies. This happens with my followers as well as I play the game. My character's face and body also turns black. Plus, sometimes the enemies' armor and cloak is that light purple color without any texture and a pitch black cloak. I don't know what to do to fix this. Help please.

I would say run a load order optimizer. https://loot.github.io/ or if people still use BOSS Nexus Modd Manager comes with one that mostly works. Mod Organizer might have one too. I don't use it so not sure. About the extent of my knowledge. Sorry.
Sural Argonus Posted December 17, 2015 Posted December 17, 2015 I just started getting the black texture problem too, so running LOOT myself. Frustrating. Tho I think in the next day or so I am going to wipe my Skyrim install anyway and start fresh.
