I always enjoyed 'True Love', which is also truly ancient by now -your a kid in his last year of college or something, trying to find love.

 

"True Love" was the first hentai game I played. It opened the world of hentai games to me. And it is still one of the all time greats.

I would also add a few notable H-games:

Cant call any of them my favorites but i've enjoyed playing these

Slave maker 3 - enormous game, but one of the best imo
sakyubasu no tatakai - can be found on http://legendofkrystal.com/forum/ difficult with not that many sex scenes, but still really fun
Angel girl, shinobi girl and demon girl are all pretty fun side scrolling games
Dark Star

Dungeon and maid  - This and dark star look very similar and are well made, good fun.
Lewdest Labyrinth - Found it recently, its still being made and is fun aswell

LAB - Still alive - Not the most beautiful game, but it takes a while to complete and is fun.
Parasite in the city - little gem
Unholy Jail - Another puzzle game
Xenotake
Adventure High
Dusty's castle

Most of these games are fun for one or two playtroughs.
